Home Selling Process

Discovery
I will meet with the seller at their property to evaluate the market price. This will involve taking into account the property's condition, location, and recent comparable sales. I will walk the seller through the process of selling the property, discussing the pricing and marketing strategies. This will include discussing the different ways to price the property, as well as the different marketing channels that can be used to reach potential buyers.

Agreement
Once the seller and I have agreed on the terms of the listing agreement, we will sign an exclusive agreement. This will give me the exclusive right to market and sell the property for a specified period of time.

Home Marketing
I will arrange for a professional photoshoot to be taken of the property. I will also arrange for the property to be staged, cleaned, and marketed. This will help to ensure that the property is shown in its best light and that it attracts potential buyers. I will schedule open houses to accommodate prospective buyers. This will give potential buyers a chance to see the property in person and ask questions.

Negotiating
Once we receive offers, I will review them with the seller and make recommendations on the best course of action.
If the seller decides to accept an offer, I will negotiate the terms of the offer with the buyer's agent. This will involve discussing the price, closing date, and other terms and conditions.

Deal Closing
Once the terms of the offer have been agreed upon, I will work with the buyer's agent and the closing company to close the sale. This will involve completing all of the necessary paperwork and ensuring that all of the terms of the contract are met. Even after the sale has closed, I will continue to provide ongoing support and assistance to the seller. This may include answering questions, providing referrals, and helping with the transition to their new home.
